President Captain Michael Carver

President Michael Carver began his Law Enforcement career in 1981 with the Elizabeth City Police Department, where he served until 1986. President Carver left Elizabeth City for the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the Nags Head Police Department where he served as a Patrol Officer and Detective.

In 1992 he left Nags Head and moved to the Kitty Hawk Police Department serving as a Patrol Officer on the Traffic Safety Unit. First Vice President Carver rose through the ranks of the Kitty Hawk Police Department serving as Sergeant, Lieutenant and now serves as Administrative Captain. President Carver is a graduate of the 193rd session of the FBI National Academy, and since becoming a member of the North Carolina Chapter has served as District Representative, Chapter Historian, First, Second, and Third Vice President positions, and now Chapter President.
