District 4 Representative Greg Seel is a Captain with the Burlington Police Department and is currently assigned to the Operations Bureau of the department.

Representative Seel joined the Burington Police Department after graduating from Elon College in 1981, and he attended the 201st Session of the FBI National Academy. Representative Seel has a brother and brother-in-law who also attended the National Academy.
