	August 2009 Dear Prospective Exhibitor, We are pleased to announce that the dates and location for the 2010 FBI National Academy Associates State Chapter Training Conference have now been finalized. We would like to invite you to join us in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina June 13-15, 2010. Our conference hotel is the SHELL ISLAND RESORT and we have locked in a conference room rate of $168.00 per night (tax is 13% and parking is free). Please use the code of “FBI” when making your reservations. The exhibitor schedule of events includes the following: Sunday, June 13^th 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. Exhibitor set-up Sunday, June 13^th 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. President’s Reception in Exhibitor Hall Monday, June 14^th 8 A.M. to 2 P.M. Exhibitor display Monday, June 14^th Evening hours Family event Tuesday, June 15^th 8 A.M. to 2 P.M. Exhibitor displays Tuesday, June 15^th Evening hours Banquet The exhibitor fee for the 2010 conference is set at $650.00 with a deposit due by May 10, 2010. The fee covers a 8’X8’ display area and electrical service, internet service is available at no additional cost. Exhibitors and their spouse or guest are also welcome to participate in all of the social events described above at no extra expense. It should be noted that the president’s reception will be held in the exhibitor hall and will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates and their families to interact and network with exhibitors. We think the 2010 conference will offer the best opportunity ever for exhibitors to meet and get to know and mingle with FBI National Academy graduates from across North Carolina. Again, the $325.00 deposit is due by May 10, 2010. Checks should be made out to NC FBINAA and remitted to our Treasurer, Mike Adams at 2941 Champaign Street Charlotte, North Carolina 28210.
